This series consists of index cards for Special Purposes Leases (SPL) with number and organizer/person. The special purpose lease cards have been recorded on town lands lease cards. Information recorded includes town of, allotment no., nature of transfer, lessee and transferees, date of transfer, if applied for with date received and how and when dealt with, annual rent with period and amount, lease commenced. The back of card has year, payment made with date, rent, penalty, receipt number and remarks. Inspection cards follow with type SPL, number, lot/portion, street, town, due for inspection, inspected, lessee, purpose, building, commence, complete, clear, cultivate, fence, reside.
